We understand that encountering errors can be frustrating. Here’s how you can address some of the common ones:
1. Invalid IP Address Error: This error suggests that the IP address you are using is not allowed to access the service, or, in other words, your IP address is not on the “allowed” list. To correct this, please add your IP address to your account via the API.
2. Rate Limit Error: This error occurs when you exceed the number of allowed requests to the server within a specified timeframe. When you receive a “rate limit” error, this means that you are reaching the throttle limit that is in place. If you are iterating, please stop the process, and use task/batch functions or the UI (User interface), or FTP. Our API documentation has more details regarding this.
