Manage your personal account details and preferences from the Profile Settings page in emailHygiene. This guide walks you through how to update your login credentials, contact information, and account alerts.
Access your profile settings
- From any screen in emailHygiene, click your name or avatar in the upper-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown.
- Profile Settings
- Here you'll see fields for your First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- Note: The Email field is a view-only field. You can edit your First and Last Name.
- Here you'll see fields for your First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- You can change your Password within the settings page as well. Be sure to follow the requirements such as character length and complexity.
All changes made on this page are saved automatically for you.
- Set low credit warning levels
- Under Credit Limit Warnings, set thresholds for credits.
- If your balance drops below these thresholds, emailHygiene will alert you via an email notification.
- Adjust data retention period
- Under Data Retention Settings, use the dropdown to select how many days Webbula should retain your data files.
- By default, this is set to 7 days. After that, insert files are deleted, though summary reports remain available. You can lower the retention period, however you cannot increase the retention of these insert files.
- Enable file processing notifications
- Under Notification Control, check the boxes to receive email updates:
- When a file starts processing
- When a file finishes processing
- These notifications help you monitor activity and results in real time.
