The Dashboard is your command center in emailHygiene—a real-time view of your files, results, and available actions. This quick guide will help you get comfortable navigating it.
1. What you’ll see when you log in
When you log in, you'll land on a visual summary of your team’s activity. Your graph will be blank until you or your team begins process files, below is an example of sample activity.
At the top of the screen, a dynamic activity graph charts usage trends over time:
- Gray line: Total records processed
- Green line: Clean records identified (safe to send)
- Purple line: Records flagged as threats
Use the Source, Everyone, and Custom dropdowns at the top right of the chart to filter data by source of upload, user, and upload date range.
2. emailHygiene results overtime
Scroll down to find your file summary tiles:
- Total Records: Combined number of all emails scanned
- Total Clean: Emails marked safe (Valid, Good-to-Go)
- Total Threats: Emails flagged by hygiene or verification filters
Each tile updates in real time as your team processes more data.
3. Understanding your results at a glance
- The filename, uploader, and upload date
- A quick visual summary bar with color-coded results:
- Green: Total Clean
- Orange: Verification Invalid
- Yellow: Verification Unknown
- Purple: Other Threats
- The total email count and percentages for each category
Click the red Report button on any tile to view additional stats or take further action on a processed file.
Reports stay in your account (Figure 1), however the insert file with email hygiene results will be removed from the system after seven (7) days due to our data protection policy(Figure 2).

4. Navigating emailHygiene from the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your starting point, but it’s easy to move around the platform:
- Left Navigation Pane: Use this sidebar to access key features like Credits, Integrations, Reporting, Upload, Settings, and Manage Users. Each label takes you directly to that tool.
- Webbula Logo: Click this at any time to return to the Dashboard home.
- Buy Credits (top right): Click this red button to purchase HV Bundled credits for use in file processing.
- Profile Icon (top right corner): Click here to access user settings or log out emailHygiene.
Everything is just one click away, designed to keep you moving forward without confusion.
