There are two parts to your results .zip file.
The insert.csv has your original data and the email intelligence for each record. emailHygiene will add five (5) columns to your original file. With the following information:
- Duplicate- If an email was duplicated and how many times
- CORRECTED_DO_NO_MAIL- We've identified a syntax error and transposed a correction inline to your original data. The original incorrect data is kept in this column for you to review.
- First seen activity- When we've first detected activity from this email account.
- Activity trajectory- This is an indication of the records activity level and compare to your own data.
- Most recent activity- When was the email most recently active.
Use this data to build a robust email strategy around your list members activity. Build automation rules within your CRM or ESP to intelligently segment your audiences into high performing segments that work for you.
The report.xls is an Email Intelligence Suite of six (6) individual reports, which you can learn about here. Each provides an overview of your list health and how your overall email collection strategy is performing.
