Webbula's data retention policy states that any data files containing sensitive information (including input files; intermediate processing files; and results files) will be deleted within 7 days.
While the data file (insert.csv) will be deleted, the Excel report file (report.xls) contains summary information with no individual data, and can be downloaded at any time. Reporting and logging information is saved, as is a record of any data policy deletions performed by the system.
The 7 day retention policy is Webbula's default. That can be adjusted (shortened but not extended) for your account in the account settings page.
